Dr. Brian Lishenga (MBChB, MSc, MFM ) – Chairman

Dr. Lishenga is a Medical Physiologist, Family Physician and the Chairman of the Rural Private Hospitals Association of Kenya (RUPHA). He also serves as the Dean of Faculty of Health Sciences at Egerton University, where he has taught since 2009. Dr. Lishenga is the Co-Founder of NewPoint Hospital, a 30-bed level four Hospital in Njoro Town, Nakuru County. He is an accomplished entrepreneur having been founder and first managing director of Peak Health Outpatient Medical Centre (2010- 2012) as well as the founder and CEO of GoldTouch Security Systems and Vivint Limited, leading providers of physical security system solutions. He serves as Medical Consultant for the 450 bed – KES. 3 Billion Trans Nzoia Teaching & Referral Hospital under construction in Kitale Town, Trans Nzoia County.

Joseph Kariuki – Deputy Chairman

Rev. Joseph kariuki is a passionate family man, entrepreneur and a community enthusiast. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Transformational Leadership from Pan Africa Christian University in Nairobi. He is a co-founder and director of Favour Medical Services Ltd, a 25 bed capacity hospital in Isinya, Kajiado county. He is married with two young adults and the lead pastor of House of Grace Church Syokimau. He loves new technology and innovation in medicine, sports and adventures.

Daisy Adalla – Secretary General

An entrepreneur and adept to strategies in business, she is the director of Mother and Child Hospital in Eastleigh.

Peter Kabii – Deputy Secretary General

“Administration director of St Joseph’s hospital Molo, Deputy Secretary General of Rural Private Hospitals Association of Kenya and holds MBA in Human Resource from Kabarak university..”

Dr. David Musita – Treasurer 

Dr David Musita is a healthcare entrepreneur and hospital director. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from the University of Nairobi (MBCh.B, UoN) and a diploma in Military Science from Egerton University (Dip. MILS, Egerton). Prior to his entry into the private sector, he worked in public sector as a medical officer in three government hospitals. He has keen interest in investment, community social well-being, healthcare reforms and public – private sector partnerships. He is the current treasurer of Rural Private Hospital Association of Kenya (RUPHA).

Pacifica Omambia – Assistant Treasurer

Madam Pacifica Omambia is administrative officer holder of higher Diploma in Business administration, Ass. Treasurer Rupha, proprietor Vostrum Medical Center since 2011, She worked at Masaba Hospital now Nairobi Women hospital from 1993 to 2008 and Kenya Posts & Telecommunication now Telkom Kenya from from 1993 to 2011.
