RUPHA STRATEGIC PLAN

This strategic plan conveys RUPHA’s mission, goals and the core functions; policy priorities, strategic objectives, investment areas, implementation framework and the resource requirements between 2020 and 2025.The plan recognizes the strengths, challenges and some of the underlying weaknesses within the current social, economic and political environment under which this plan will be implemented. Being the organization’s first strategic plan, it is expected all players rally around the strategic directions outlined in the plan.
